This Valentine’s Day, settle in above the sparkling waters of Terrigal Haven and let Amarilla take care of everything.

The star of the night is our shared set menu, designed for passing plates back and forth, stealing bites off each other’s fork, and saying “just one more” more times than you care to admit.

This isn’t polite fine dining; it’s fun, generous, hands-in-the-middle eating that feels a little messy in the best possible way - like all the great loves!

You’ll recognise a few Amarilla crowd favourites you already know and love, alongside a handful of special off-menu dishes created just for Valentine’s Day.

Our chefs have had a bit of fun with this one - getting creative, playful and just a touch indulgent for all the lovers out there. Think bold flavours, beautiful sharing plates, and a meal that feels special, but still totally us.
