This Father’s Day, treat Dad to a long seaside lunch overlooking Terrigal Haven.

We’re extending all Father’s Day lunch bookings to two hours, giving you more time to settle in and enjoy Amarilla’s full à la carte menu with the family. Every dad will also receive a complimentary beer, glass of wine or soft drink on arrival.

Father’s Day Mixed Grill | $79

Created especially for the occasion, our generous Mixed Grill features steak, chorizo, prawns and spatchcock, served with a selection of condiments. It’s a feast made for sharing with Dad and the family.

Please note that all Father’s Day lunch bookings are limited to two hours. Our outdoor tables are covered and heated, although they may not be comfortable during particularly adverse weather.

Later in the afternoon from 3:00pm we have our Sangria Sessions with Live Music by Pati Telea , an incredible First Nations musician we’re thrilled to welcome to play for the first time at Amarilla.

We offer a tapas snack menu and full beverage menu for this session, as well as a special on Sangria jugs - half price at $20.

Monday 28 September | 6pm–8.30pm | $150 per person

Journey through Spain’s most celebrated wine regions in one delicious evening at Amarilla.

Hosted by Tom from Alimentaria, Melbourne’s iconic Spanish wine importer and part of the MoVida group, this special dinner will introduce you to six premium Spanish wines, exploring the country’s famous grape varieties and the regions that make them unique.

From the Basque Country to Rioja, each wine will be paired with a four-course Iberian-inspired menu created to complement every pour.

Expect a relaxed and lively evening filled with beautiful food, exceptional wine and just the right amount of learning. We’ll begin at 6pm and have you on your way by 8.30pm, making it perfectly manageable for a Monday night.

• Six premium Spanish wines

• A four-course Iberian-inspired menu

• An informative and entertaining guided tasting hosted by Tom from Alimentaria

Most common dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice. However, due to the nature of this specially matched menu, the evening may not be suitable for guests with extensive dietary requirements.

Every Wednesday and Thursday evening, join us for a 2 or 3-course meal by the water with a complimentary wine, beer, or soft drink.

Each week will be a new menu that includes a tapas entrée each, plus a shared main course of your choice with a shared side dish.

Plus you get a complimentary house wine, beer or soft drink with your meal - all for just $49pp.

If you’re feeling like something sweet to round out the meal, our 3-course option includes dessert for only $55pp.

Introducing Tapas Tuesday - your new Tuesday night plan.

Every Tuesday from 6pm, we’re serving up a rotating tapas experience designed to give you a surprise taste experience to keep mid-week interesting. For $45pp, enjoy four plates: two of our much-loved Amarilla favourites, alongside two off-menu test kitchen creations our chefs are currently experimenting with. It’s a menu that changes weekly, giving you something new to discover each time you visit.

Alongside the food, we’re offering 2-for-1 cocktails from a select menu, also rotating weekly - the perfect midweek excuse to settle in for a long leisurely dinner by the water.
