AJO Garlic & Manchego Coca | Our signature pizza bread, golden and fragrant, with nutty manchego melted through every bite.

PINXTOS Octopus & Pickled Shallot Gilda | A classic Basque pintxo elevated with tender octopus, bright pickled shallots, and a vibrant mojo verde.

VIERA Scallop, Pancetta & Cauliflower | Pan-seared scallop served with silky cauliflower foam and the gentle saltiness of crisp pancetta.

POLLO Peri-Peri Spatchcock | Free-range chicken with smoky romesco, cooling yoghurt, and the gentle heat of guindilla peppers.

Introducing Tapas Tuesday - your new Tuesday night plan.

Every Tuesday from 6pm, we’re serving up a rotating tapas experience designed to give you a surprise taste experience to keep mid-week interesting. For $45pp, enjoy four plates: two of our much-loved Amarilla favourites, alongside two off-menu test kitchen creations our chefs are currently experimenting with. It’s a menu that changes weekly, giving you something new to discover each time you visit.

Alongside the food, we’re offering 2-for-1 cocktails from a select menu, also rotating weekly - the perfect midweek excuse to settle in for a long leisurely dinner by the water.

For one night, Amarilla brings the spirit of Seville to the waterfront.

Join us for a special Feria de Abril celebration - an evening of Spanish dining, live flamenco and a shared feast inspired by the traditions of Andalusia.

Expect the rhythm of live performance, a lively atmosphere, and a menu designed to be enjoyed together.

This is a two-hour dining experience, with live flamenco performances throughout the evening and a set menu served to share for $99 per person.
