Twelve months ago we opened our doors with a simple vision: to bring relaxed Spanish dining to the Terrigal waterfront. Since then we've welcomed thousands of guests, celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and long lunches, and we couldn't be more grateful. To say gracias, we're celebrating all month long with special events, new experiences and a few birthday surprises.

Every Tuesday, our chefs design a new set menu made up of regular menu favourites, plus some test kitchen dishes that may only be served once.

Mid-week dining is the best - less crowds, better deals.
On Wednesday AND Thurdays, we have an optional set menu that changes all the time, and includes a complimentary glass of house wine, beer or soft drink..

From 3:00pm every Sunday, we invite you to join us for a chill afternoon of live music, tapas snacks and half price Sangria jugs.
If we do say so ourselves, Amarilla is THE best place to watch the sun set over Terrigal across the calm waters.
We invite a different local musician every week to help set the mood for seeing out the weekend in style.
